First, Jim does a dating assessment- finding exactly what the client needs from the coaching session-helping you define where you are right now-what has prevented you from moving forward. Coach and client will customize a Dating Action Plan with very specific daily actions. We track these actions during subsequent sessions to monitor progress. Each client works at his own pace.
